Text Message Notifications

Setup a user's cell phone number and allow them to choose from email and/or text message vehicle notifications. Applies to Vehicle Online Notifications and Custom Video Retrieval Requests.

Convert to AVI

Added the ability to convert videos recorded from newer MDVR hardware to AVI audio/video format.
